How installation worksPlanning a backyard in Scenic Oaks
Rocky ground and slopes
Many Scenic Oaks yards sit on Hill Country limestone with a bit of a grade. Our installers can work on the slight slopes typical of Texas yards.
Plan around the oaks
Live oaks are a Hill Country favorite. Leave clear space above swings and slides, and keep play areas away from low branches.
Think about access
Gates, grades and narrow side yards affect delivery and building. Tell us about your yard when you call or request a quote.
Check HOA and city rules
Many neighborhoods ask for approval before a shed or a larger playset goes up. Confirm setbacks, height limits and permits before you order.
