Description

The Titan Peak Jumbo 4 playset has three huge slides for unlimited sliding fun! The fort structure has 7' and 9' high decks with 84 sq. ft. of play space. This playset also includes wood roofs, 2 – gable kits, upper cabin package, 3 position 10' swing beam, 2 – belt swings, trapeze bar, 14' rocket slide, 9' spiral tube slide, 9' 90 degree turn tube slide, 8.5' ultimate climber monkey bars, and an accessory arm with rope ladder. Exclusions include cosmetic wear, storm damage, improper installation, and unauthorized modifications. Plan changes with us using compatible Backyard Adventures components. Planning a playground for an organization?

Separate terms for limited non-residential use

Some Treehouse and Peak designs may qualify for limited non-residential use. The configuration shown here is not automatically eligible.

  • The separate policy provides a one-year limited warranty for qualifying Treehouse and Peak products only.
  • The design must have no attached swing beam or swing accessories.
  • Purchase must be through an authorized dealer; installation must be by that dealer or its contractor, using an approved concrete anchoring kit.
  • Access must be restricted to the organization’s participants, with responsible adult supervision and compliance with applicable installation and use requirements.

Original-owner registration, maintenance, and exclusions apply. This is not approval for an unrestricted public playground. Contact us about your intended use before ordering.
