The Olympian Peak XL 1 Space Saver playset will fit into most smaller backyards and comes standard with the popular tire swivel swing, rope ladder, rock wall, combo ladder, and trapeze bar! The fort structure has a 6' high deck with 30 sq. ft. of play space. This playset also includes a wood roof, 2 – gable kits, 2 position 9' swing beam, belt swing, trapeze bar, 12' rocket slide, and an accessory arm with rope ladder. Peak Series play sets include our exclusive limited lifetime warranty on all wood, metal, and hardware components.

Manufacturer’s storyMade for outdoor play
Naturally decay-resistant cedar gives these wooden playsets their character. Factory-applied, water-based stain provides the finished appearance.
Strong structural details
Treehouse and Peak forts use substantial 4 × 4 and 4 × 6 timbers, joints bolted in two directions, and steel brackets at key connections.
Residential warranty
Specified components
Above-ground wood, Rocket Slides, powder-coated steel parts, and hardware, where included: coverage against structural rot, decay, and defects in materials or workmanship. Applies while the original owner owns those components.
Other parts
Coverage for defects in materials and workmanship on parts outside the limited lifetime coverage.
Original packaging
The manufacturer replaces parts found missing or damaged in the original packaging within the first 30 days after purchase.
Coverage begins on the original purchase date. For the original owner and registrant; non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required. Freight and labor are the purchaser’s responsibility. Exclusions include cosmetic wear, storm damage, improper installation, and unauthorized modifications. Plan changes with us using compatible Backyard Adventures components. Separate terms for limited non-residential use
Some Treehouse and Peak designs may qualify for limited non-residential use. The configuration shown here is not automatically eligible.
- The separate policy provides a one-year limited warranty for qualifying Treehouse and Peak products only.
- The design must have no attached swing beam or swing accessories.
- Purchase must be through an authorized dealer; installation must be by that dealer or its contractor, using an approved concrete anchoring kit.
- Access must be restricted to the organization’s participants, with responsible adult supervision and compliance with applicable installation and use requirements.
Original-owner registration, maintenance, and exclusions apply. This is not approval for an unrestricted public playground. Contact us about your intended use before ordering.
